Gromatici believes in honest, ethical surveying and providing a quality product, no matter what the budget.  We are proud that our profession can help: neighbors be neighborly and communities function and flow well; but we realize that this can all be thwarted by poor quality or prices that few can afford.

Gromatici was founded several years ago by Eric Ackerman to consult for other survey firms to maximize their CAD standards, GPS consulting, organization, and efficiency.  Eventually, Eric realized that he could offer the best and highest quality service himself and so he began offering his services to the public, full-time.   Gromatici strictly believes in our motto: The more challenging the work, the more motivated we are. We consistently work on improving our service so that we can find the best solution for our customers.

Eric has over 20 years of experience in southern California doing boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys and topographic mapping using GPS and airborne technologies. Eric formerly worked as a State of California Exam Grader, as a Staff Surveyor for the City of Buellton (Map Checking), and is currently a voluntary member of the California Land Surveyor's Association Continuing Education Program.
