We understand that timig and budget are your prime concerns so we use aerial photography, Robotic Total Stations, GPS and AutoCAD to give you the quickest turn-around posible. Listed below are some project we've completed.
Camino Pescadero Lofts ALTA Survey: Goleta, CA
Gromatici specializes in difficult and ancient boundary surveys. Congruent with this expertise is the production of detail oriented and timely ALTA/ACSM surveys. The Gromatici team
which includes two Licensed Land surveyors, 1 field crew, and 1 CAD consultant performed two simultaneous ALTA/ACSM surveys for the Housing Authority. In order to serve the clients needs
better, and make for a clear and detailed survey we plot the easements in color. This project was completed in 2 weeks.
QA/QC: Eric reviews all the measurements using a least squares adjustment per the 2011 ALTA/ACSM Standards. All easement compilations are reviewed and the boundary survey is reviewed and
finalized by a site visit by Mr. Ackerman.
Palm Grove ALTA Survey - Lompoc, CA
This is the second of two simultaneous survey Gromatici provided to the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara. This 6.5 acre project was quite extensive with multiple buildings,
streets and various utilities nearby the boundary lines. In order to deliver the project within the allotted time-frame without compromising on quality we utilities aerial ortho-rectified
photography. Ground control was set using L1/L2 Trimble and ALTUS RTK GPS for the most accurate and fast GPS control available.
This allowed us to show existing conditions on-the-ground and also provided a literal picture of the site for use in due-diligence and acquiring lending for future project funding.
This survey was done in compliance with the 2011 ALTA/ACSM Survey Standards. Gromatici uses Star*Net for it's least squares adjustments. All GPS ties were done twice and all measurements
are within the allotted standard deviation (or better) per the ALTA/ACSM standards.
The survey was completed in 3 weeks.

Sheet 2 - Two Sites Details
This ALTA/ACSM survey and certification was actually two separate sites survey simultaneously by two crews using GPS and Robotic technology. The client awarded Gromatici the contract despite the fact that there were 4 other Land Surveyor's across the street! We were able to perform the survey on both sites in less that 10 business days and give them a easy to read and accurate survey.
